2. General data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services. Processing of personal data generally only takes place with the user's consent.

Legal bases: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a, b, c, f DSGVO.

3. Website & logfiles

On every visit, our host automatically records:

• IP address (truncated after 7 days)
• Date and time
• Request content
• HTTP status code & bytes
• Referrer
• Browser & OS

Retention: 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

This site uses only technically necessary cookies (session and language). No tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies. Consent under § 25 (2) TTDSG is not required.

5. Order processing & payment

For order processing we use the following payment providers: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (cards, SEPA, Klarna), Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Merchant of Record for international sales), and bank transfer via our own bank account.

Transmitted data: name, email, billing address, payment data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

6. Customer account

On purchase we automatically create a customer account. Stored data: email, name, billing address, hashed password, license keys, order history.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR. Retention: until account deletion; invoice data per § 147 AO for 10 years.

7. Contact

When you contact us, the transmitted data is processed to handle your request. No disclosure without consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

8. Our analytics (Insyta Pro)

On PaidOnce.io we use our own analytics plugin Insyta Pro. Processing happens entirely on our server, no third party, no cookies, no tracking IDs.
